Q: I have a couple questions for you. Can you custom create a quarter sleeve tattoo if I give you all my ideas? I have a few things I want to put into the tattoo but I can't make it look cohesive on my own. Also, how much do you charge (approx) for a quarter sleeve? Thank you! Your work is incredible, btw!
